Hello everyone, new to the site and having a 4x4 issue. First off I have unpluged the module and checked wires for corrosion under kick plate. Unpluged fuse under hood for Transfer Case Module and battery for 30 mins. Also checked the vacume under the battery tray. While truck is running cannot switch from Auto 4wd, 2hi, 4hi, or 4lo. However when ignition is turned to run position without starting it I can switch between all gears. Also can hear both the module on the transfer case working and the one under the inside kick plate clicking aswell. Then I am able to start it and proceed using 4 wheel drive. However when truck is off and Im able to switch gears as stated once I switch to 4lo and try switching back to and other gears it will not allow me too and then all the lights turn off on the buttons for 4x4. I then have to turn the key off and turn it to the run position and before all the lights stop the routine check if i hit 2hi it will then engage into 2wheel drive. Then I have to proceed as stated earlier until I get to 4lo and well Ive just stated what happens then. Anyone that could help would be greatly appreciated. Don't know what to do next.
