sorry if this is a repost I could not find an answer online but found a few people with this issue. I have a 2014 sierra 1500 and out of nowhere my backup camera and reverse lights stopped working! has anybody had any issues with this and know what I should try?? I got a new camera and checked a few fuses but now am at a dead end! anything helps

I had a problem with my radio and backup camera working intermittently and incorrectly so I did some research on the subject and discovered it can be caused by a faulty battery. So before you go hog wild and start ripping things apart please check your battery then go from there. I actually had to fight with the mechanics at the dealership to get them to check the battery because they didn't believe that it could be caused by a battery issue. But when I put in a new battery everything works great now.
