Hello, I am considering buying a 2015 GMC Yukon Denali and have some fears after reading about the AFM issues and lifters. I am looking at 2 just off lease Yukon Denali’s both with 35,000 miles. I noticed one had lifters replaced on the Carfax so I started reading about that and heard all the horror stories. Are these just a small handful or are the majority of these 6.2 engines having this problem. Once a dealer replaced the lifters does that fix it or is that just one of the bad vehicles and will probably happen again. The one with the lifters replaced is in nicer condition but that repair worries me, if any owners on here have advice that would be appreciated.
