What type of paint do i need to paint inside wheel Wells?

i have been considering painting my wheel wells
now do i use rubberized undercoat paint, it has a lumpie finish, i don't know how that will look
or do i use regular flat black, black wrinkle finish, etc.
then there is black plastic snap in wheel well from GM for $120, a friend of mine has them on his truck and they look real good but is $120 worth it

I just sprayed mind with rubberized unercosting but first I went over it
with sandpaper,It Looks Very Good Now 2spray cans $ 18.00!
