Part that holds the spare tire for GMC envoy?

Hi there im helping someone buy a part for his 2002 gmc envoy. Im not sure whats it called but its to hold the spare tire. He said its called a winch but i cant seem to find any parts like that. Any help be nice. Itll be better if you post me a link to it. Its a 2002 GMC envoy

i think it's called the spare tire rack but several parts to it ,call the parts dept. at the local GMC dealership ,they can help.
