Hey everyone! Hope you all had a good Christmas!!
Anyways, I've had my 1998 GMC Sonoma SLT for about a month now. I've noticed that I'm getting really poor mileage.
Currently with 6 fuel ups, I'm averaging 10.2mpg.
I haven't had much time to check the engine, but I know that this is really bad!
Are there any certain areas I should be checking (spark plugs/ coils/ etc)? I'm accustomed to working on rotary engines, but I'm sure I could find my way around this engine! It's just so cold outside to go and blindly search
EDIT: I'm doing mostly city driving, and it's been snowing the last few days, so I understand that that will lead to more fuel consumption.
