Possibly buying a 2004 Savana AWD

New to this forum, so I'm hoping you guys can help me out. I've done some searching online but haven't found anything definitive.

I'm looking at buying a 2004 Savana 5.3L AWD w/ 75k. Is there anything in particular I need to pay attention to before making the buy?
