Power window conversion

bad idea

I ordered this exact same kit from the same seller. sierra windows are bigger than other windows what this guy is selling is a universal kit for all cars, these will go up slow and then wont go up at all. the best part is the 90 day warrenty that he offers because he wont answer your email when you tell him about it. I called ebay about it when they logged onto his account they foun 10,000 messages in his inbox. Dont buy from him
 
Sad fact is a lot of the ebay retailers are selling cheap imported stuff. Buyer beware....Don't let low price blind you into buying cheap garbage, lots of it out there.

Find a local accessory shop in your area that sells and installs these items. You will get better results than buying stuff made in China off ebay.
 
well if you want power windows that badgo buy the factory window regs asy. (they come with motors) Also get the window switches and set up on a bench make wiring harnest on bench (also wiring digram) and install. pull power for windows from factory fuse. It's not hard to do you just won't have one touch down.

Done this many times to have power windows.
 
yep i could make it work! but do your self a favor and wire it on the bench frist. Get the switches and make it all work then install in the truck.

I like the idea happy2011 had about just going to GMC and getting the window regs and switches, that way it will look factory. I might try doing this myself. Where exactly would I pull power from in the fuse box and how would I do it? Thanks
