Yesterday smoke was coming from my hood. It was coming from the bottom right side wheel. The belt seems fine but what is happening is that the wheel seems to have a cover which isn't connected to the wheel and flops back and forth. So the wheel is spinning and the cover isn't and the friction is making it smoke. I didn't see where it can be tightened back to the wheel. Should I just replace the wheel? Any reply would be appreciated. Thanks!
