I bought a performance programmer, and the instructions say I must power down OnStar before proceding.
I have looked at two fuse panels, and can't find where to pull the appropriate fuse.
Can anyone help this newby and shed a little light on this subject? Maybe it's not so critical? Is that just optimisim??
