Rear Axle Seal

Hello again,

My driver's side rear axle seal is leaking.

Was discovered when adjusting the parking brake.
Had taken off the rear wheels, calipers & discs to find old oil and grease on the inside of parking brake drum and shoes.

As I look up the bearings and seals, I find two (2) different sizes for the 1998 jimmy by NAPA website.

Anyone know what size the rear axle bearings & seals are for a 4x4 1998 jmmy?

You are correct there are two sizes, your going to have to go to the Dealer and they can look up which size seal and bearing your need for your Jimmy.

Remember to bring in your Vin number for the parts department to look up what type of axle you have and the size of your wheel seal and bearings.
