Recommended Rear Seat Covers?

I have a crew cab 2012 Sierra. I bought some seat covers from Cabela's, but they won't go over the back of the rear bench seat, of course, because the seat is bolted to the truck in the back.

Who knows of any rear seat covers that work that are under a hundred dollars?
