Reliability of GM Remotelink?

What has been you experience with the GM Remote link App for smart phones.

Very often, I experience server errors and authentication errors, primarily when trying remote start.

The "dashboard" functions seem OK, though.

I also wish that I could find a way to have it recognized and let me select both of my GMCs with on star. I'm stuck with one per smartphone, and we switch cars often.

I have recently had some problems, did some research and found I was using an older version I then deleted it and downloaded the latest version (1.6) an it has been working great ever since.
