Hi guys i have a question to anyone that has installed remote starters on a 06 GMC sierra!! I installed a prostart 2way starter with a expresskit xk-01 bypass! i got everything working fine except the door locks are giving me grief! they only work 45secs after i close the door!! if i press the lock button on the remote before the 45s are up then i have to wait another 45s before i can lock! also if i sit in the vehicle close the door and use the panel rocker switch,the locks only work on the second press of the rocker switch.if i do that then the remote will lock the door immediately!! i tryed hooking up all wires after techline told me to totally disconnect the data to data wire,but then the vehicle wouldnt evern start!! any help would be apprecated!!
