hey i just figured out that the tranny in it now has a burnt out 2-4 band, started awhile back thought it was a solenoid, but was wrong. was gunna take it out and rebuild but found a a rebuilt tranny with a b&m shift kit for 150 bucks, so im just replacing the whole tranny. any tips on how to get it done the quickest and easiest?

Take your time and don't forget to remove your distributor cap when you tilt the engine back to slide the trany out, this would also be a good time to replace the transmission line if there is excessive corrosion.
