Roll-N-Lock on a 2002 Sierra?

I have been playing around with the idea of putting a retractable and lockable bed cover on my truck for a few years now. While I was doing some research I realized I have not asked the knowledgable folks on this forum for their thoughts. So good, bad, or ugly... lets hear what ya got!

I've got one on my '06 and love it for the most part. Only problems I've had is it getting frozen shut during the winter time & sometimes I hit my ATV on the box in the front. That causes me to re-adjust the rails.
