rough idle 2000 sierra please help

hey guys i got a rough idle on my 2000 gmc sierra 4.8. ive replaced the pcv, ive cleaned the throttle body, ive done vacuum leak tests with carb cleaner, havent tried smoke machine. ive done all the basic things... ive heard it could be a bad motor mount, it could be cylinder not firing but it doesnt seem like that, it seems likes normal power. any other things i could check? do you guys know what it could be? thanks for the help
