OK, Hello to all as this is my first post here. Just had my 2006 Canyon 4 cyl. fixed after a year or better of a fight with GM.
Rough idle that may stay with a check engine light ,or, just every now and again. Drove me nut's. Let GM at the cost of 270$ clean the injectors and TB and intake that failed in a block and a half. Well, they finally found the trouble. Check this out. It was a bad plug on the map sensor. It was replaced, and spliced into the harness. Took 2 days to find this. So, skip the plugs, the fuel cleaning, the cam sensor and make sure the MAP is getting a perfect connection. Hope this helps somebody from spending a ton of money for no reason.
