Runs great cold weather bad warm weather

I have a 2000 GMC Suburban 1500, 155,000 miles. When drive in warm weather it runs ok until try to use over half throttle. It will go up in rpms but go nowhere. In colder weather 60 or below it runs great and takes full throttle. The colder it gets the better it runs. New fuel pump 110,000 miles. New plugs, wires, cap, rotor recent. When in 90 degrees or more gets real bad. Any help would be appreciated.
Also starts hard warm and good cold.
