Should I buy a 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 HD?

I am interested in buying a 2005 GMC 1500 HD that is for sale locally. It is a 6.0 liter, 4X4, SLT, 4 door with Quadrasteer with 66k miles.

Are they good trucks? Anything to beware of or stay away from?
