Slight knocking/tapping sound sensation from gas pedal

I own a 2013 Sierra. Has anyone experienced a tapping sound coming from gas pedal area?? After starting the truck, putting it into drive, letting off brake then immediately applying the gas...is when I notice it. It only happens after starting the truck no other time. Happens for literally a quick second or two. Seems like something is adjusting itself or something being disengaged somehow??
