I have a 1996 gmc jimmy, I replaced the starter and I have the same problem. I turn the key and nothing. I have lights, radio and electrical. I have to keep turning the key until it finally cranks and starts. Is there a starter relay or can it be the ignition switch? Or is there something else causing this?
