it started when I left work I got about 5 miles down the road and my truck stated loosing power like I was out of gas I pulled over and it died. it has a new sending unit and new fuel pump and new fuel pump relay in it. so I got gas in it and it started then died again and so had it towed home after that I figured the filter was clogged and changed that out but then noticed the fuel pump wasn't getting power (witch I've only driven 5000 miles on that fuel pump) so then I replaced the relay again and it stared once and now wont again.

please help thanks in advance

Check your wire harness to the sending unit. It may have gone bad and when it heats up, the connection is lost or the current flow is to low to provide enough fuel pressure.

The other issue maybe a ICM going bad and when it heats up. It stops working untill it cools down again. This is what happens before it goes bad and then will stop working for good. You can remove the ICM and have it tested before you replace it.

Good luck and keep us posted :D
