stopped running while driving

I have a 2004 envoy with 85k miles. I was driving it last week and it stopped running while i was driving it? it will not start or anything? when I try to start it doesnt even make any noises? What could it be? I was thinking a ecm?

Are you saying the starter won't crank? Do you have lights, horn, radio....do windows operate, door locks, etc?

Has the battery been load tested, etc?

If the vehicle stops while driving so you should check the battery wiring and engine condition. If everything working fine so restart the vehicle after some time. It will work.
