Strong fuel smell!

I just purchased a '99 savana cargo van with the 5.7. There is a strong fuel smell when the vehicle is started and running. Any ideas for things to check? There is no sign of fuel dripping on the ground anywhere and the smell can be smelled inside the cab and outside. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! This my first van just fyi, but not first 5.7.

Fuel pressure regulator and the injectors.

Might also be worth checking the Fuel Filter and inspecting as much of the fuel lines as possible.
