I had recently found that my Oil was very much diluted / thinned by the
addition of Gas into the Oil.
I know that this excess Gas in the Oil was created while troubleshooting
a faulty MPI Fuel Injection Spider assembly where I could see excess fuel
in the MPI cover intake unit. In addtion, after this spider troubleshooting repair - I was experiencing Starter / Battery issues where I was cranking the engine with a No Start Condition continuously. This added to the diluted oil - "Flooded" the system ,as well.

Fortunate - I discovered this diluted Oil rather quickly - had only put
about 1 1/2 hours total of run time at idle and 2000 rpm while vehicle was parked with this diluted oil.

Question :
What wear did the engine experience during this time of diluted oil
( felt like water ) Bearings , Piston Rings , Cylinders Scored , etc.

Had some time to do a inspection of what the Thinned Oil may have worn.
Remember this Engine still only has 2.5 hours of total run time !

Dropped Oil Pan, Just starting Inspection.
# 3 Cylinder Bore - some very light scoring marks, appears like normal wear. I have not completely inspected all Cylinder Bores closely, thus far. Engine still installed - inspection from under vehicle and hesitant in hand turning Crank alot - unless I have oil everywhere.

Bearing Inspection :
Removed #1 Rod Bearing Cap - three very very lightly thin score marks.
# 1 Rod Journal - looks brand new.
Removed # 3 Main Bearing Cap - very light discoloration blotch area - looks brand new, otherwise.
# 1 Main Bearing Journal - looks brand new.

Next Step is to setup to Manually Oil Prime Engine prior to Turning Crank alot.
Next reply - I'll try to post some pic's.
