Hey guys, i have a a question regarding towing. Unfortunately I'm still stumped when it comes to figuring out how much i can tow with my truck without putting to much stress on the transmission, etc. So maybe you can help me out.
For the past week I've been in the hunt for a used camper trailer. I've looked at a few 24 foot trailers along with others, but my father in-law insists a 24 ft long camper trailer is too much for my truck to pull, and that it would put to much stress on the transmission if i do. Said i would need a 3/4 ton. Anyhow, does anyone know if my truck could pull such a trailer or would it be too much..? Any insight i greatly appreciated.
