i have two issues with my 1995 gmc 5.7 litre ....the first is when i put the automatic transmission into reverse it engages, but as i apply throttle it doesn't respond.......so it engages and starts rolling backwards, but rpms don't make it go as it should...............any suggestions..............
i've also had a long standing minor issue with the idle......and i heard that it's a sensor......the vehicle drives fine in forward, but when i slow down like in a parking lot the rmps dip down to where it sounds like it's about to stall out, but it doesn't......when the vehicle is in park it idles just fine.......any input on this would be helpful also.....thanks........
