I have a 2011 GMC Sierra. I have a problem with the undercoating peeling off. When I first contacted my dealer, I learned of a bulletin concerning the undercoating. Long story short, after a runaround the body shop Foreman did contact the district service manager, which in turn got back to him. Well first, the shop foreman wanted to REPLACE the frame on my truck!!??? But now GM is going to re-do the undercoating, but the foreman says he has to remove the box??. I`ve had other issues with this truck since I`ve purchased it. To say I am not happy with GM is an understatement! And after 15 new GMC trucks over the years, I have to say this is it. No more GM`s for us. I think the shop foreman just didn`t want to do the warranty work on my truck, as he states "I can`t have all my body guys doing undercoating work!" How`s that for representing a product!!?? Conductor79:
