Vehicle build information

I'm not going anywhere. I check in at least once a day. Looking to see if they got all the 2015 bugs out. The most I have read about is the trans shifting problems. Mine is a 16 and no trans issues. I am also getting 22 miles combined mpg. Gauge is on last 450 miles. My best is 26.8. Love my truck

I have not any issues to date with my 2017 SLT with the 8 speed, I am getting 21 city and 25 highway, I have been very happy with it.

Denayer Happy to read of your mileage averages, it seems to be a point left out of most discussions on the new V6/8 spd combination. I currently average 2:4.9 in my 2015 Canyon 4x4 V6, when the 2017 arrives I expect to do at least as well. I will comment here as the engine receives a few hours and settles in.

Cavie, Well yyes........finally on 5-5-17 or about twelve weeks. The truck was built on April Fools Day and between the parking lot in Wentzville and touring the Northern Hemisphere on a train it took 12 weeks start to finish. i love this truck, the V 6 and eight speed are wonders over my 2015 and the heated steering wheel is the envy of my neighbor who just bought a Toyota and only the two sides are heated..mine is 360 degrees. I will take a run to Texas in July to help my buddy eradicate hogs on his property so the Denali will be able to show me what it will do mileage wise over the 4400 mile round trip. I would post photos but the only way i have managed is with an emai.
Oh forgot, The eight speed is so smooth in it's shifting that i forget it is going through eight gears and the V 6 seems to have a third more response than my 2015 and find it is nessary to be aware of speed at lower levels becaus it just wants to go.
