were the gear ratio/differential ratio's higher in the gmc syclones, moreso than their 4x4 low performance counterparts?

also, i know you can get different ratio rearend gears is this possible for the front end gears in a 4x4?

Quoting data from internat'l Syclone Typhoon Registry/Wikipedia:

Gear
Ratio ( :1 )
1st
3.06
2nd
1.63
3rd
1.00
4th
0.70

with a final drive of 3.42:1.

applying this into: mean ratio = (top ratio/bottom ratio)^(1/(gears - 1)): (0.70/3.06)^(1/3) ≈ 0.61, which is actually quite long compared to a usual sports car/race car, which would have this value about 0.7 or higher (that is what people would refer to as a close-ratio/short gearbox)
