What are some good heads/intake manifold/headers for a 1990 GMC Sierra...

...with a chevy 350? Im looking to increase my 1990 GMC Sierra (C1500 2wd) with a chevy 350 small blocks horsepower without having to take the engine out and rebuild... I already have a complete exhaust except for my stock manifolds and other than than everything is stock...
The parts that i am looking to get for now are headers, intake manifold, and heads... Im wanting to increase the majority of my power in idle to about 5000 rpm because it is a daily driver car...

Let me know if you know any good headers, intake manifolds, or heads to look into... Or even some tips of what i should do to my engine
