What are the main differences between The Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra......

...they look the same? I just want to know what the main difference is. They both, for the most part look exactly the same. Is one better, worse, stronger, better gas mileage??? I'm hoping someone can give it to me in laymens terms.

Chevy and GMC use the same parts.The only difference is the interior packages and normally the grille.Other than that the frame and all other components are exactly the same.
