87 like the Manuel books says, unless your tuned for higher octane by a PCM tuner to change the engine's timing.
Run as low of an octane as your compression lets you which is what the Manuel indicated to be 87 Octane. If you run higher octane than necessary you will get worse gas mileage than if you ran the correct octane, unless your Yukon's PCM has been reprogrammed to use a higher Octane fuel.
Hope this helps and yes you can use the higher Octane fuel, but will just cost you more to run your Yukon.
