What makes my 1995 GMC Sierra 5.7 sound like misfire until warm?

I've noticed that my truck sounds like it's misfiring 15 seconds after start up. I just changed all the spark plugs, put in fuel injection cleaner and water remover, fresh oil change and filter. What would make it sound like its misfiring until i push the gas or start driving. It only does it once or twice and I'm wondering where it's cold here, if it's the oxygen sensor?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Bri

Start with the simple and remove and clean out the EGR valve if not replace if it's sticking. Start with that ad keep us posted. ;)
