When to do tune up?

I have a 2005 gmc envoy XL for already 6 years and only has 32.000 miles on it the only things I've been doing is changing the oil rotating the tires now I'm wondering when will the car need more maintenance as far as changing the radiator hoes and spark plugs the reason for asking is I will be taking a long ride from nyc to fl this coming july and want to make sure everything with the car is in order Thank you in advance for any feedback...

Do you still have your owner’s manual? A complete maintenance schedule starts on page 6-1. For example, it states that replacing your spark plugs should occur during your first maintenance after your vehicle hits 100,000 miles. If you have any confusion regarding the maintenance schedule, I would definitely speak with your dealership.
