Where is the Vacuum Hose located on a '94 GMC sonoma?

I took my truck into the shop cause it was idling high, they mechanic told me it was my vacuum hose and he fixed it for free, two weeks later it happened again, i wanted to see if it was simple enough to fix it myself this time or maybe just re attach it if it came off, I'm not too car savvy though.

If you have a 4.3 CPI W engine the vacuum hose is at the very back of the intake plenum. Very close to the firewall, a little bit on the driver's side. These is a fitting on the plenum and the hose starts to crack over time and leak. That's it!!!!
