cjonzee,
I would like to apologize for the issues that you have had with your truck. I do understand your concerns as well as frustrations with this. I would be happy to look into this for you. Can you please send me a PM with your VIN? I look forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you,
Stacy GMC Customer Service

offer declined

general motors offerd me service @ the dealership for 24 months. how does that sound:mad: ?? bad to me!! oil changes and tire rotations do not fix my defective paint finish. guess I'll have to wait for the BBB to make it better or better yet an expose' about how the govt. ruins everything they have there hands in. first GM next our healthcare sys. and next the hole country. I'm sure I can find the financial backing for it! NEWS CORP.

Thank you to general motors for allowing the dealership to acid wash my truck! it looks beautyfull! MY only complaint is that I had to contact the BBB auto line before I got anywhere... So two months of phone calls really paid off. It is sad when that is what it takes to get a defect fixed. I will keep you all posted if and when the rust spots come back.
