windows

abit vague but if your windows quit you will have to track down the problem - could be as simple as a ground, but in 'til then, take of door panel, then using a wire ~ even an extension corn with both ends cut off, find the window motor, and touch the wire to the motor contacts ( connect to battery) should run window up / down depending on polarity

as for your other question "...cut a/c, heater on/off ..." ????
the switch the changes vents from floor to vent to defrost is controlled a via vacuum system connected under the hood , replace those small vacuum hoses on the drivers side ..

I do not have the schematics to bypass the switch. More and likely the switch is what is causing the issue. You can use a tester to see if you are getting power to the switch. http://www.switchdoctor.net Free Fast Shipping 30 day return policy. If the switch doesn't solve the issues it can be returned.
