2009 SLLT All Terrain are H11 Low Beams
They sell the plate bulbs by the dozen on eBay, but be careful, some of them are too big and you can't get the lens back on. Mine kept burning out every few weeks so I just put the factory ones back in, not worth the headache. I have LEDS in my fog lights, no problems 2 years now. As far as an HID kit for the low beams, I tried many kits because they are cheap now on EBAY. Just but the one that's made in Germany, keep extra bulbs and ballasts on hand, they go once in a while too and you have to test to see if its the bulb or the ballast by switching the bulbs from driver to passenger or vice versa. The kit that has worked for me now for a while is Digital Technologies found on Ebay for around 40 bucks, 6K pure white color, and they are NOT more powerful than a Phillips bulb, no even close, they just look cool. I even have them in my map lights in the cabin. Just don't waste your money or time on the plate bulbs, they burn out weekly if you can find the ones that are small enough to fit under the lens. Good Luck, your gonna need it when installing them unless you have very small hands. Make it easy on the passenger side and remove the air box and just lay it to the side, it pops right out. I have a second battery installed on the drivers side so that has to come out when I need to get at those plugs too. After you install them pull the plugs up as high as you can and wire tie them, so you can test out the bulbs without tearing 1/2 the truck apart.
