So you have fuel at the output of the in line filter... Follow the tube up towards the engine, looking for places that have been damaged. If you make it to the engine, loosen the next fitting you find, crank the engine & see if fuel squirts out. If it does, tighten it back upi, & follow to the next fitting, until you loosen a fitting that doesn't squirt fuel. You blockage is between the two fittings....
