1999 K1500 3rd cylinder misfire

I had a 3rd cylinder misfire a few weeks ago, started small, worked my way up. Plugs were changed last year, changes the wires and didn’t resolve. Did a primary and secondary test on ignition coil, both resistances were within the range. Finally changed the rotor and distributor cap. Misfire resolves and check engine turned off.

A few days later at idle I noticed a slight shaking. Check engine light is back on and the shaking is more consistent. It is much worse when the engine is cold. I now have a P0303 as well as P0174 fuel system lean code. Has anyone else had this problem or have any advice?

The Ehgine Emisions light comes on. Once the car has been started 4-5 times later the light is off.

Going to book it into the garage to get looked at this week
